Added 2 new Minecraft servers

- Added MunchyMc player statistics and gamemode leaderboards.
- Added Minecraft Central player statistics and gamemode leaderboards.
- Fixed timolia statsistics.
- Added BlocksMc gamemode leaderboards.
- Remove Mineman statistics as their website is no longer operational.
