This PR creates the FibreChannelScreens.md article, converts contents in the iSCSISharesScreens.md to snippets used in both articles, and it updates the content in the iSCSISharesScreens.md article with new dependency information/instructions on Mutual CHAP and Peer User settings, and makes corrections missed in the first PR publishing this article.

With branching, backport this to 24.04.

Thanks for contributing to TrueNAS documentation! By opening a Pull Request, you're acknowledging that your changes will be distributed under the Creative Commons 4.0 license.

This commit saves changes and new snippets used in both the iSCSI and fibre channel screens.
This commit makes the final edits, content additions, and spelling/grammar checks on the FibreChannelScreens.md and iSCSISharesScreens.md articles.

This commit makes minor changes to the FibreChannelScreens.md article.
It adds more content to the SettingUpFibreChannel.md tutorial, documenting clean, first-time installs and migrating to SCALE from CORE.
This commit to the PD01603 PR makes minor updates to the /gettingstarted/migrate/migrateprep.md article by adding an enterprise callout about contacting support for help with migrating when using iSCSI with ALUA or fibre channel ports.
Fibre channel migration content is going in the Migrate CORE HA to SCALE HA SOP, so this content is removed from the SettingUpFibreChannel.md article
