This version is a minor maintenance release and it is also available from the QGIS Plugin repository! You can download and install it directly from within QGIS!

Simply download the zip file (3dcitydb-tools_v.0.8.9.zip) and install it using the QGIS plug-in installation from zip file. You can also refer to the user guide for more installation hints.
