ubxlib v0.10.2

In this release Linux/Posix was added as platform beneath Zephyr.

Besides that numerous fixes and improvements were implemented. Among others the following.

  • Fixed EDM deadlock which was found during the networkBle test
  • Cellular/GNSS: new method for indicating pin inversion
  • Updates in README.md
  • Implement basic exception handlers for our test runner in stm32cube
