Stable - Global results

This new stable release offers the option to retrieve global results.
This is made possible through the new API call: https://wiki.openrightsgroup.org/wiki/Censorship_Monitoring_Project_API#GET_.2Fstatus.2Fglobal.2Furl

Once activated, results from all installations can be displayed.
