Adding UI indication for Block Type location, highlighting if the Block Type is misplaced in regards to Data Type configuration.
Test by adding Block in a area or in the root, and then remove the option from the Block Type.
Also please test the specificied permissions, where you setup specific permissions for a area. First add the block, then later make a more limited rule set.
(I'm aware that there is a space issue in the tag, but I think this is secondary for now)
