dwclean version 0.01

command line tool for cleaning and validating darwin core terms.

reads dsv darwin core data from stdin and outputs tsv.

USAGE

  $ dwclean < occurrence.txt

  dwclean [options]

    Options:
      -?          this brief help message
      -C          list all core types
      -P          list all active plugins
      -r          don't allow non-dwc terms
      -t          create triplet-based core ids
      -u          generate uuid core ids
      -v          verbose mode
      -b value    set the basis of record
      -c value    set the core type – occurrence, taxon, event, measurement
                  or multimedia. default: occurrence.
      -d value    disable a plugin
      -e value    dsv escape character
      -k value    only validate species names against this kingdom
      -q value    dsv quote character
      -s value    dsv delimiter. default: tab (\t)
      -2          check for duplicate core ids
