I think we need to have some discussion about the post-implementation, "run", phase for a UNTP implementation. For some of the stakeholders, there will be a need to have an active, independent governance framework for things like extensions and schemes. Perhaps an additional step in the list or a refinement of step 5? Listening to Steve's walk through - it strikes me that the "And Some Key Dependencies" could be phrased positively as scale enablers. - can wait until after the commit. |
