NOTE : CRX file is available to download. But, chrome MAY DISABLE the extension if you install it from CRX. As, it is NOT CURRENTLY UPLOADED TO CHROME STORE. Use the ZIP file instead

For Firefox & Chrome (stable) build users

For Firefox Users - Download InstaDOWN.zip

  1. extract the downloaded zip
  2. go to about:debugging (this is an URL. Put it in the Firefox's address bar.)
  3. click on Load Temporary Add-on... button
  4. Browse and select manifest.json file in the folder where you have extracted the file.

For Chrome Users - Download InstaDOWN.zip

  1. extract the downloaded zip
  2. go to chrome://extentions (this is an URL. Put it in the Chrome's address bar.)
  3. enable Developer Mode
  4. click on "Load Unpacked" and select the InstaDOWN folder

For Chrome Users (canary / dev / whoever can activate CRX extensions that aren't present in Chrome Store)

For Chrome Users - Download InstaDOWN.crx

  1. go to chrome://extentions (this is an URL. Put it in the Chrome's address bar.)
  2. enable Developer Mode
  3. Drag & Drop the InstaDOWN.crx in the chrome window
