Should we remove the reference to the deduplicator here?

I was thinking of including it as its still part of the git history. I have the CDOT PR 8: Jpo deduplicator removal that documents it removal.

Ok, no harm in leaving it. Afterall the deduplicator was updated to version 4.0.0 when it was a part of this repo.
