alpine: remove stale Alpine build recipe

alpine build recipe is stale and does not work with the latest Ceph, also the APKBUILD for Ceph can be found at alphine's aports repo, see https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/tree/master/community/ceph. so instead keeping a stale version, let's drop it.
