What is Cyber Defense?

Cyber Defense is a cyber security game that is built for kids between 6th and 12th grade. Our goal is to help younger generations learn and get involved in cyber security or a STEM related discipline from an early age. Our application is designed to integrate multiple areas of STEM education into cyber security games, thus increasing student education and introduction to a diverse set of topics.

Anticipated Learning Outcomes

• Expose student to the threats that exist in modern computing environments and networks
• Teach STEM principles through interactive cyber security games
• Demonstrate the importance of STEM, Cyber Security and Computer Science through interactive and immersive games
• Student is excited about using the application
• Student wants to tell their friends and family what they learned
