imx93-var-som: Remove .xml and IAR related files from examples

Currently, only our U-Boot bootaux and Linux remoteproc loading and project flows are supported on this platform. Thus, remove .xml and IAR related files as these are not porting and are untested. Signed-off-by: Ken Sloat <[email protected]>
