Testing instructions:
Place HKCPApproaches.json and HKCPRoutes.json into the \Plugins\HKCP folder
Place TopSkySymbols.txt into the \Plugins\TopSky folder
Place TagDefinitions.txt into the \Data\Settings folder
You MUST HAVE MAESTRO installed, or the plugin will crash on launch
