Directory incorrectly labeled as HUZ, should be HUF. Deleted HUZ directory and will create HUF.

Description
CMH, DAY, EVV, HUF, IND, LEX and SDF ATCTs have all had airspace changes including their borders. We also updated the CMH ATCT so the consolidated position shows both areas while controllers logged into other sectors will only display the area they are controlling.
Motivation and Context
This change updates the boundaries to match the real world ones (and those being used in our new SOPs) and aligns the associated positions with our staffing guidelines for CMH.
