Adds syncing for product attributes #4

ProductAttributeHandler,
ProductAttributesSerializer

Also adds right click push/pull features for uSync Complete

ProductAttributeSyncManager (tells uSync that it can push these via a menu)
VendrProductAttributeDependencyChecker (tells uSync what dependencies exist for the item when pushing it (just itself)
