Remove gen_3p_data and gen_imm_data #75

Summary

This update removed the no longer used functions gen_imm_data and gen_3p_data from the package and removed it from all documentations, including the ReadMe on the GitHub website.

Tests

[x] Confirm that all tests passed
[x] Confirm that devtools::check() produces no errors
