Getting Started

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.

Prerequisites

• Python 3.12.0

Installation

1. Clone the repo

   git clone https://github.com/VigneshVicky97/Real-Time-Chat-with-Django.git

2. Install the dependencies

   pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Navigate to the project directory

   cd Real-Time-Chat-with-Django

4. Make migrations

   python manage.py makemigrations

5. Migrate

   python manage.py migrate

6. Create superuser

   python manage.py createsuperuser

7. Run the project

   cd DjangoChat
   python manage.py runserver
