Viper predicates can have an infinite depth, as shown by the following

predicate Q(n: Int) { // nested depth: n
    n > 0 ==> Q(n - 1)
}

predicate P() { // nested depth: infinite
    forall n:Int :: Q(n)
}

However, the "is nested within" relation between predicate instances is well-founded. This PR corrects the relevant paragraph.
