Added thumbnail support via a config value;
thumbnails:
small_thumb: -resize 480x400^> -sampling-factor 4:2:0 -strip -quality 85 -interlace JPEG -colorspace RGB
big_thumb: -resize 700x600^> -sampling-factor 4:2:0 -strip -quality 85 -interlace JPEG -colorspace RGB
