We're already in 2025 but didn't publish the CSS Snapshot for 2024 yet.

The resolutions for Rough Interoperability and the new section Reliable Candidate Recommendations have been added to the spec.

Unfortunately, we did not get any resolutions on adding specs to the Official Definition or the Fairly Stable section, nor did we resolve on adding any features to Safe to Release pre-CR Exceptions.
For those, I plan to create updated versions for this year's snapshot.

With this issue I intend to finally wrap up CSS 2024 and get a resolution to publish it.
