feat(2.0)!: remove mdxRs temporarily in loader and @rspress/modern-js-plugin

first breaking change

some milestones for 2.0

1. remove mdxRs in mdx-loader
2. add rehype-raw to mdx-loader
3. migrate from prism to shiki
4. pure esm infra and update shiki/mdxjs packages
5. only extract toc and pageSearch with flattenMdx
