Changes
This PR introduces several new features related to translation of PB pages.
Along with these features, we've improved many issues related to TS types, website prerendering, lexical, etc.
How Has This Been Tested?
Jest tests and manually.
Documentation
For the time being, this is a very experimental feature, and we'll create docs once we think it is stable enough to be used by other engineers.
