Custom presets for use in a Java-based editing environment

Install instructions: (note a few restarts will be required)

1. Add tagging preset using the github raw link in the Map Setting preferences.

2. Add presets to the toolbar in the Toolbar Customization preferences.

3. Set keyboard shortcuts to desired preset tag in the Keyboard Shortcuts preferences (note: these will appear under "toolbar:" if searched.
