…version 6 and related contract from Xenon

* Adapt codebase to work with QualifiedId
* Add /api-version support
* Removed apis not present anymore in API v6
* Fix wrong api paths
* Add capability to send messages in Protobuf
* Remove unused and broken Websocket functionality, stored to another branch for future reference
* Remove possibility to run Helium as a standalone service (for tests)
