HD ecdsa wallets, P2SH/multi transactions, force v2 blocks at 2,000,000 NO checkpointing NOT put back WDC style in (if you do it and remove the frame/toolbar make sure you find a way to enable minimize) Regtests not coded
* Removed a filter on WDC seednodes * Established a new TESTNET (named TestNet3 for no reason) * Added some missing compilation files

Needs testing (especially updating wallets/blockchain) before release, this pull request is to at least expose the code.
