- Removes outdated info.
- Adds up to date info.
⚠️ Deprecates some features and approaches.
Looks like there was an upstream fix, probably in the merge plugin.
With the newer Compose v2, this is now the recommended format. https://docs.docker.com/compose/migrate/#how-do-i-switch-to-compose-v2

`inc` is removed in `0.3.0-alpha1`.
The `db_admin` service should be removed soon.
