Add search form template to theme

A new searchform.php file has been added to the WpKitElementor theme. The file is populated with a search form structure, which provides an accessible and clearly labeled search form for the website, and it incorporates aria-labels for enhanced accessibility. Escaping is performed properly for security purposes.
