- The file "generate.bat" can use "experi.py" to transform the data in the folder "data" to the format ".xml". It transform the data "sub.txt+ps2500", to import50.xml,import100.xml,import150.xml,...,import2500.xml.
- The file "ls30s.sh" can montor the experiment through running "ls" every 30 seconds.
- The file "statistics.py" can transform the result of the experiments to a readable style.
- The "modified alevin" which can run DPVNE to deal with imported .xml data.
