First Release of this plugin

It meets all my requirements now.
This is very basic and has probably already been done before. Basic usage can be seen below

/itemlore add <text>
- Will add the text to the lore of an item held in the main hand.
- supports use of '&' color codes
/itemlore remove
- will remove the bottom line of lore from an item held in the main hand.

/itemname <text>
- Will set the name of an item held in the main hand to whatever text is used as the arguments
- supports use of '&' color codes
