Will merge this to introduce conventional commits. I will test some what we discussed yesterday using semantic-release locally after this merge. |

This pull request adds a conventional commits linter and husky to enforce commit style. It also includes the necessary configuration files and updates the package.json file to install the required dependencies. This will help maintain a clear and consistent commit history.
This is a BREAKING CHANGE because I also have added a github action to enforce conventional commits style.
