Moved Terminate Blue_onyx to the first step of the process. Signed-off-by: DeFlanko <[email protected]>
updated logic in "System Install" to first COPY the System PATH variable and then append new install location if needed. This was an oversight on my part. Signed-off-by: DeFlanko <[email protected]>

Moved the Kill Blue_Onyx task to first step in the process and changes to run a command line Kill task. It was more reliable during testing.
FIXED install "System Wide" PATH logic -- this was not copying what was in System PATH first and was overwriting it. This was on oversight on my part.
