Changelog:

Switched to using HTTPS-only for network requests.
Fixed error handling issues.
Various other changes.
UI adjustments. Disabled most non-error prints which aren't used during http-download by default.
Moved the stored *hax payloads on SD into a directory.
Send the Home Menu title-version for the initial *hax payload network request.
Added the ICON_FLAGS from the commit referenced in #20 for parental-controls as requested.
