Usage:
Before Running Sparrow make sure to run the conservation.py tool found in the ./src/ folder. It's usage is as follows: ./src/conservation.py -o -k <kmer_length>
The Sparrow Tool usage is as follows: ./sparrow <product_length> <kmer_length>
