Refactors species gender code, allows IPCs to be referred to as objects

Refactored species gendering to allow any combination of possible genders, and allows IPCs to be referred to as an object (it/its).

Why is this good for the game?

Improves gender-related code, and as IPCs are robots it makes sense not all of them would refer to themselves as sentient beings.
