Learn about vigilant mode.
  1. mod.py allows the moderator to modify / delete posts and threads
  2. spam.txt allows the moderator to reject posts containing certain strings (one per line)
  3. bans.txt allows the moderator to ban IPs or make rangebans (not HTaccess based like Kareha)
