You can upload individual items or bulk upload content into Google Arts and Culture.

Bulk Upload

1.Prepare the metadata for import

  • You can use a CSV created in Excel or a Google Sheet - If you use a Google sheet you need to provide shared access, when you come to upload the sheet you will be provided with an email to share the document with.
  • Use the Field Mappings below to set up the Vernon/ Presto export. 2.Use the dropdown to select Advanced Import 3.Follow the instructions to upload media
  • Do not add folders - just individual files and images.
  • The filenames of the images need to match the filespec field in the metadata sheet 4.Upload metadata.
