Which operating systems are supported by VessMorphoVis?

VessMorphoVis runs on any operating system that supports Blender. Therefore, it runs on Linux, macOSX and Windows. The latest version of VessMorphoVis contains a setup script to download and install all the dependency packages for Linux and macOSX. For windows, there is a .zip file that contains the entire packages including the dependencies.

Input / Output

Is there a default output directory?

By default, the output directory is set to your $HOME on Linux and macOSX and your current directory in Windows. Unless the user specify an existing output directory.
