Goal	User is able to add, edit, or delete habit events offline
Trigger	User opens app while offline
Precondition	User is not connected to internet
Postcondition	Habit event changes are synchronized once connected to the internet
Basic Flow	1. User opens app without internet connection
	2. User navigates to habit history
	3. User selects habit event
	4. User connects to internet
	5. App synchronizes habit event changes
