Problem Description
This commit adds implementation of the interactive oaisys, which enables running oaisys in a iterative way for interactive robotics tasks.

This work has been presented presented as a workshop paper at ICRA 2022 Workshop on Releasing Robots into the Wild: Simulations, Benchmarks, and Deployment. The paper can be found in the workshop website

Testing
Image below shows a demonstration of an active exploration task used with the interactive oaisys.
An example implementation can be found in https://github.com/Jaeyoung-Lim/oaisys_active_planning to interact with this version of OAISYS.

For example,

roslaunch oaisys_client test_planning.launch

active_mapping

This commit adds implementation of the interactive oaisys presented as a workshop paper at  ICRA2022
