Major

  • Security Turrets have appeared around the Askellon
  • Players can now be designated a security threat, forcing turrets to shoot them
  • Alien AI and minions
  • Aliens will now seek to infest the ship and hunt players
  • Added Animals in the Genetics Facility, don't let them get infested!
  • The Askellon can now be piloted

Scan: Pings the location of ships / stations / planets in space
Broadside Left / Right: Fires an array of shots from one side of the ship, deals massive damage

  • Lots of new sounds throughout the game
  • Rewrote weapon code to allow "autoattacking" instead. Type -wa to activate the new mode, -wc to go back to the old.
  • Redesigned terrain and map layout

Unique minimaps now exist for both Space and on Askellon
They will update as you change locations
Several new Service Tunnel areas!

  • Added Reactor
  • Added Purging Station connected to Reactor

Can cleanse the Service Tunnels

  • Completely redesigned how mining looks, visually.
  • Mining now rewards physical minerals

Feed these minerals into the reactor via conveyor belts to increase the Askellon's power and power regeneration

  • Different actions throughout the ship will drain Askellon's power. Be careful to not let it fall too low!

Minor

  • Doors have appeared around the Askellon

They wont open for Aliens, and will be locked shut or closed when they have no power

  • Crates are now hostile by default

They even have a better tooltip...

  • Added and then removed Barricades, they were useless.
