• Client: Dr. Benson Honig, Dr. Ana Cristina Siqueira, Team BlockchainBoyz
• Team Aquafina: Fang Ye, Weijie Liang, Kexin Liu

Meeting Objective: App Integration Discussion

Discussion

• Dr.Ana shared a dropbox folder with Team Aquafina and Team BlockchainBoyz. Both teams need to upload and all codes and documentation by the end of March.

• Discussion about the integration

  • Team Aquafina reported current process: internal and external tests done, will be working on fixing bugs next week
  • Dr. Honig asked if it is possible to organize within two weeks, Team BlockchainBoyz thought it would be possible but a lot of work needs to be done so two groups need to meet as many as possible
  • Team Aquafina was currently using a temporary backend developed by themselves because there were troubles implementing the backend developed by Team BlockchainBoyz, so Team Aquafina was considering embedding an open-source tool MyEtherWallet(MEW) or MetaMask into the final product of the application.
  • Team BlockchainBoyz said MEW was only used for testing and should not be used in the final product.
  • Two teams scheduled another time to further discuss how to get the app integrated and fully-functional.

• Volunteers needed

  • Dr. Honig wants to have volunteers help them test and maintain the product in the future after the capstone project

Action plans

• Team Aquafina will work with Team BlockchainBoyz on integrating the frontend with the blockchain backend.
• Team Aquafina will work on fixing bugs and refining the product.
