Clone the repository:

Go into the plotting directory:
cd pheno_study/analysis/plotting

Run the automated script and wait for plots to appear in
figs
directory:./runMe_for_paper_results.sh

This code consists of the following directories:
delphes to perform event reconstruction and detector smearing & efficiencies
analysis folder containing code for the resolved, intermediate and boosted analyses
tagger folder containing code for the advanced B-tagger for the boosted channel -> To be integrated to the main boosted code
utilities folder containing other code e.g. C++ code which can be used to make histograms, python_hepmc_new.py
which can be used to split large hepmc files in smaller sized files. Not needed currently.
