  • Create an OMOP test database (from Eunomia datasets);
  • Create Calypso results tables;
  • Produce analyses: concepts, monthly counts, summary statistics.

Looking good @BaptisteBR! Thanks for getting this in. Just a few small suggestions. I also updated renv and the NAMESPACE to make sure the dependencies are properly recorded. Happy for you to merge once all the checks have passed.
