Update to AndroidX Media3 1.4.0

This PR updates AndroidX Media3 to 1.4.0. This new version should fix the following issues:

• Investigate playlist issue on foldable devices #512
• Video doesn't fit when PlayerSurface size changed on Android Pixels devices #515

In order to fix issue #515 we have to apply the same workaround that Media3 has done here

AndroidX Media3 1.4.0 stable should be released around the 24th of July: androidx/media@68e8d9c
