1. What triggered this change? (PBI link, Email Subject, conversation + reason, etc)

My conversation with Adam. We found that there was no rule that suggests sending separate messages for different topics.

2. What was changed?

From:

You want to close the conversation or change topics

To:

You want to close the conversation or change topics
Note: When changing topics make sure that each message is separate. This way they can be reacted and replied to separately!

3. Did you do pair or mob programming (and list names)?
   No
