Tweetiy App is a simple android application that allows users to login with their gmail account and tweet. The tweets are open or visible to all the users. It consists of only a single page i.e. feeds page. The profile page and features such as followers etc will be implemented later on.
These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.
You will need the following tools and technologies to build and run the project:
- Android Studio
- Kotlin
- Firebase
- Gmail API
Clone this repository and import into Android Studio

You will need to configure the following services for the app to work properly:
- Firebase: Follow the steps here to create a Firebase project and add the google-services.json file to your app folder.
- Gmail API: Follow the steps here to enable the Gmail API and obtain an OAuth 2.0 client ID for your app.
To use the app, you need to do the following steps:
- Run the app on your device or emulator
- Login with your gmail account
- Write a tweet and press the send button
- View the tweets from other users on the feeds page
- Logout from the app when you are done
