Ryan wants: Some sort of leveling scheme. (Heist cited as example)

Bryce's idea: Changeable terrain - if mobs are too mazed, will make a new path. Also, enemies that behave more favorably on different types of terrain. Also, terrain that affects damage (IE, water tile makes electricity deal greater damage).

General Consensus: Co-op play

Avatar discussion: Ryan wants a controllable character. Maybe using weapons, but doesn't want to become too DD or Santcum-like. Ideas of passive abilities to towers when avatar is nearby (IE, faster build time, faster attack, greater damage, etc.)

Mike's idea: A tower that spawns friendly minions to block the enemy's paths, either obstructing or fighting, and must be broken through in order to clear the path. Like a slower tower in other tower d games, but more exciting.

Discussion: If some mobs are more prone to certain terrains, player could block terrain from any and all access, creating a problem. However, counterpoint is that then those resources are not watching the road. Also discussion of not being able to block a path completely.

Easter Eggs: There should be some.

  • (Mike's Idea: 16-bit Bryce heads replace all enemies)
  • Rainbow nyancat poptart towers
  • Towers and mobs swap. Towers attack, mobs stuck in place to defend

Story Mode: There should be one. If left unguided, Mike will make a story about Space Commander Beatmag. Also, branching story lines. Decisions. Etc.

Theme: One has yet to be decided.
