Burgers

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs black beans
- 1.5 lbs other beans (eg pinto)
- 9 medium sweet potatoes
- 8 large carrots
- 5 yellow onions
- spices
- flour
Steps:
- Boil beans. Fry onions. Roast other vegetables (chopped in ~1 inch cubes, then in oven at 350 for ~1 hour covered in oil, mixing every 30 minutes.)
- Food processor.
- Spices:
- For 1/3 of mixture: 1 tsp salt, 3 curry powder
- For 2/3: 2 tsp salt, 4 tsp taco seasoning.
- Make into burger patties, cover in flour, and place on wax-papered cookie sheets in freezer.
