Summary
These Sass mixins/variables should no longer be necessary as of #7144. EuiHeaders now internally calculate an offset dynamically in JS, and set a global
--euiFixedHeadersOffsetCSS variable that can be used in both Sass as well as CSS-in-JS.$euiHeaderHeightCompensationexist in Kibana (incorrectly, they're referencing another totally different toolbar). They will be changed to a static$euiSize * 3instead.QA
